Homeowner names and contact details are never collected or sold. Applications that haven't been issued a permit number yet are left out of results until they are.

How your agent pays

Payments use x402, the open standard for paying over HTTP. Most x402 clients handle all three steps in a single request. The same data is also available as MCP tools for AI assistants.

    The API answers 402 Payment Required, with the price and where to pay.

  2. Sign a payment

    The agent's wallet signs a USDC payment for exactly that amount. No gas needed.

  3. Get the permits

    The agent asks again with the payment attached and gets the data back straight away.
